Governs premium currency logistics. Shady underground smugglers trade rare structural tokens, genetic catalysts (such as the Blight Catalyst), and advanced retroviral serum injections for premium currency assets. These transactions are finalized inside secure support tickets to enforce strict security protocol metrics.
